How do I place an order?

1. Browse our collections and select your desired product
2. Choose your size and quantity
3. Click "Add to Cart"
4. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details
5. Select your payment method and complete the purchase
6. You'll receive an order confirmation email at the address provided

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Before Production Starts (within 24 hours):
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Contact us immediately at support@onvrfashion.com with your order number.

After Production Starts:
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun (typically 24-48 hours after order placement). However, you can still return the product once delivered following our Return & Refund Policy.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your payment is processed. If you don't receive it within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@onvrfashion.com.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Click the tracking link to monitor your shipment status in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately at support@onvrfashion.com with your order number. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we may be able to update the address. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Net Banking
• Digital Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (COD) - available for select pin codes

Is it safe to use my card on your website?

Absolutely! All payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway with SSL encryption. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Do you charge extra for Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD orders may include a small handling fee (typically ₹40-₹60) as displayed at checkout. This covers the additional processing costs for COD transactions.

When will my payment be deducted?

Your payment is processed immediately when you complete your order. For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.

What if my payment failed but money was deducted?

If your payment failed but the amount was debited from your account, don't worry! The amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 5-7 business days by your bank. If it takes longer, contact us at support@onvrfashion.com with your transaction details.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship across India?

Yes! We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier partners.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship only within India. We're working on expanding to international markets soon. Stay tuned!

What are the shipping charges?

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹699
• Orders below ₹699: Flat shipping fee of ₹79
• COD orders may include an additional handling fee

How long does delivery take?

• Standard Shipping: 8-12 business days
• Express Shipping: 4-7 business days (where available)
• Processing Time: 1-3 business days (made-to-order items may take 3-7 days)

Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors like weather, holidays, or courier workload.

Can I get my order delivered faster?

Express shipping is available for select locations. Check at checkout to see if it's available for your pin code.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window:

1. Check your tracking information for updates
2. Contact the courier partner directly
3. If the issue persists, email us at support@onvrfashion.com with your order number, and we'll investigate immediately

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for:

• Defective or damaged products
• Wrong product received (different size, color, or item)
• Not satisfied with the product quality or fit

Important: Report defective/damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

How do I return a product?

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
3. We'll review and provide return instructions
4. Ship the item back in original condition with tags attached
5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days

Are there any return charges?

For our errors (defective/wrong items):
No charges! We'll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

For general returns (not satisfied/change of mind):
You pay return shipping costs. No handling fees or restocking fees.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes! Exchanges are available for:

• Defective or damaged products (free exchange)
• Wrong product received (free exchange)
• Different size/color preference (you pay return shipping, no handling fee)

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

What items cannot be returned?

• Customized or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

How long does it take to get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Your bank or payment gateway may take an additional 5-7 business days to credit your account.

Many of our products are made-to-order, meaning they're crafted specifically for you after you place your order. This ensures premium quality and reduces waste. Processing time for made-to-order items is typically 3-7 business days.

What materials are your products made from?

How do I care for my ONVR Fashion products?

Care instructions are included on the product tag and in the product description. Generally:

Do colors look the same as in photos?
