Return & Refund Policy – ONVR Fashion

At ONVR Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. We specialize in high-quality, made-to-order products crafted specifically for you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we've designed our return and refund policy to be fair and transparent.


📦 Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:

1. Defective or Damaged Products

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during shipping
  • Quality issues

2. Wrong Product Received

  • Different product than ordered
  • Wrong size or color shipped
  • Incorrect item in package

3. Not Satisfied with Product

  • Product doesn't meet your expectations
  • Not satisfied with quality or fit
  • Changed your mind

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized items (made specifically with your custom design/text)
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

⏰ IMPORTANT: Report Issues Within 24 Hours

For defective, damaged, or wrong products, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

For general returns (not satisfied/change of mind), you have 7 days from delivery to initiate a return request.


📅 Return Window

Once your return or exchange request is approved, you will have 7 days to return the item.

To be eligible for return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • With original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation)

📧 How to Request a Return or Exchange

You can initiate a return or exchange in one of two ways:

Option 1 – Online Return Portal (Recommended) Visit our website and go to the footer menu → click "Return / Exchange Request". Fill in your Order Number and registered Email or Phone to start your return instantly.

Option 2 – Email Us Contact our support team at support@onvrfashion.com with the following details:

  1. Order ID/Number
  2. Reason for return or exchange
  3. Clear photos or video (especially for defects/damage)
  4. Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

After review, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


🔄 Exchanges

Free Exchange for Our Errors: If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we will exchange it at no cost to you. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

Exchange for Other Reasons: If you want to exchange for a different size, color, or product (and the original item is not defective), you can request an exchange at no handling fee. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.


💰 Refunds

Refund Process:

  1. After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status via email
  2. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  3. Additional processing time by your bank or payment gateway may apply (typically 5–7 business days)

Refund Amount:

For Defective/Wrong/Damaged Products (Our Error):

  • Full product price refunded
  • Original shipping charges refunded
  • Return shipping costs reimbursed or prepaid label provided
  • No fees or deductions

For General Returns (Not Satisfied/Change of Mind):

  • Full product price refunded
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customer pays return shipping costs
  • No handling fees or restocking fees

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@onvrfashion.com.


📦 Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues immediately (within 24 hours).

For verified defects, wrong items, or shipping damage caused by us, we will offer your choice of:

  • Full refund (including all shipping costs), OR
  • Free exchange/replacement (we cover all shipping)

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs for our errors.


🚫 Order Cancellations

Before Production Starts:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, as long as production has not started.

After Production Starts:
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun (typically 24-48 hours after order placement). However, you can still return the product once delivered following our standard return policy.

To request a cancellation, email support@onvrfashion.com immediately with your order number.


💳 Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days
  • UPI: 7-10 business days
  • Net Banking: 7-10 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer to your account (please provide account details when requesting refund)
