This Shipping Policy describes how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed through our online store. We are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently across India.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Standard Processing: All confirmed orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation.
Made-to-Order Products: Some of our products are made-to-order and may require additional processing time (typically 3-7 business days). The estimated processing time will be displayed on the product page and at checkout.
Order Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details at the email address provided during checkout.
Note: Processing time may be extended during:
- High-volume periods (festive seasons, sales events)
- Stock replenishment delays
- Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
We currently deliver across India through trusted and reliable logistics partners.

- Delivery times are estimates and begin after order processing is complete
- Actual delivery may vary based on your location, courier workload, or unforeseen circumstances such as:

Remote or difficult-to-access areas
Customs or local restrictions - Metro cities and major towns typically receive faster delivery
- Rural or remote pin codes may require additional 2-4 business days
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer competitive and transparent shipping rates:
Free Shipping:
- ✅ Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹699
Standard Shipping Fee:
- Orders below ₹699: Flat shipping fee of ₹79
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- COD is available for select pin codes
- An additional COD handling fee (typically ₹40-₹80) may apply as displayed at checkout
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking number via email and/or SMS
- Direct tracking link to monitor your shipment status
- Courier partner details
How to Track:
- Click the tracking link in your email/SMS, OR
- Visit the courier's website and enter your tracking number
Note: Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active and update in the courier's system.
5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Delivery Process:
- Our courier partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts at the address provided
- You will receive a call or SMS notification before delivery
Failed Delivery: If the package cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Inaccessible location
The package will be returned to our warehouse.
Re-delivery:
- Re-delivery can be arranged after verification
- Re-shipping charges will apply and must be paid before re-dispatch
- Please ensure you provide accurate contact information and are available to receive the package
6. SHIPPING COVERAGE
Domestic Shipping (India Only): At present, ONVR Fashion ships only within India to all serviceable pin codes.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping options globally in the future. Stay tuned!
7. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Damaged Packages: We take great care to pack every order securely with quality packaging materials.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Inspect the package immediately upon delivery
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Contact us at support@onvrfashion.com with:
Order number
Photos of the outer package/box
Photos of the damaged product
Description of the damage
We will verify the claim and offer a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Lost Packages: In the rare event a shipment is lost in transit:
- Contact us immediately at support@onvrfashion.com
- We will initiate a trace request with the courier partner
- After courier verification and confirmation of loss, we will either:
Reship your order at no additional cost, OR
Process a full refund
8. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Your Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete before confirming your order:
- Full name (as per ID for COD orders)
- Complete street address with house/flat number
- Landmark (if applicable)
- Correct pin code
- Active mobile number for delivery coordination
Important:
- ONVR Fashion will not be responsible for delayed, failed, or returned deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable addresses
- Address changes after order confirmation may not be possible once the order is dispatched

9. DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
Delivery Days:
- Deliveries are made on working days (Monday – Saturday) during normal business hours (typically 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- No deliveries on Sundays or national public holidays (unless specified by courier)
Delivery Time Slots:
- We cannot guarantee specific delivery time slots
- Courier partners will attempt delivery during their standard operating hours
- You will receive advance notification via call/SMS when the delivery is out for dispatch
Remote Areas:
- Orders to remote, hilly, or restricted zones may require additional delivery time (3-5 extra business days)
- Some pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners
- You will be notified if your pin code is unserviceable, and a full refund will be processed
10. UNDELIVERED ORDERS (RTO - Return to Origin)
If your order is returned to us due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Incorrect address
- Refusal to accept
- Non-payment (for COD orders)
RTO Process:
- We will contact you to understand the reason
- You may request re-shipment by paying applicable shipping charges
- If you choose not to re-ship, a refund will be processed minus:
Forward and return shipping costs
COD charges (if applicable)
Any applicable processing fees
11. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Since we currently ship only within India, there are no customs or import duties applicable to your orders.

📦 Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:

We cannot accept returns for:

- Gift cards

⏰ IMPORTANT: Report Issues Within 24 Hours
For defective, damaged, or wrong products, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
For general returns (not satisfied/change of mind), you have 7 days from delivery to initiate a return request.
📅 Return Window
Once your return or exchange request is approved, you will have 7 days to return the item.
To be eligible for return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation)

You can initiate a return or exchange in one of two ways:
Option 1 – Online Return Portal (Recommended) Visit our website and go to the footer menu → click "Return / Exchange Request". Fill in your Order Number and registered Email or Phone to start your return instantly.
Option 2 – Email Us Contact our support team at support@onvrfashion.com with the following details:
- Order ID/Number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos or video (especially for defects/damage)
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
After review, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
🔄 Exchanges
Free Exchange for Our Errors: If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we will exchange it at no cost to you. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
Exchange for Other Reasons: If you want to exchange for a different size, color, or product (and the original item is not defective), you can request an exchange at no handling fee. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.
